What happened to your Etsy Storefront?
As of 2025, my Etsy has closed. While I throughly enjoyed the ease of the platform and flow of customers there, it has become tougher to sell items labeled under certain tags.
What is your processing/shipping time?
Most orders are packed within 24 hours and sent out the next business day! As for shipping, it varies depending where it’s going. For U.S. orders, it’s within a week; International up to 2 weeks. This all depends on what shipping selection you make at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been marked fulfilled and/or sent out, you may cancel your order by contacting me ASAP.
My item arrived damaged. What's your replacement policy?
If this ever becomes the case, I'm sorry! Please note that I pack each and every order with care. If your order arrived damaged, please message me photo proof of the damaged product and if applicable, the shipping envelope/box it came in. Depending on the item's current inventory, a replacement may be possible. If not, a full refund or store credit of the item alone will be distributed.
What is your return policy?
I’m so sorry the item(s) didn’t meet your satisfaction. I accept returns and there’s two ways to complete this. One, you return the item to the same return address seen on the label of your package. Once the product returns, I will quality check it. If all is good, you’ll receive your refund 100% in your choice of original method of payment or in a form of store credit/gift card. Or two, receive a return label from me, however the amount it cost will be deducted from your total refund. The choice is up to you upon contacting me to begin the process.
I remember a certain pin/product up on your Etsy; why is it not on your website?
I am still in the process of adding all my inventory up on the website, so there’s a chance I’ve yet to put it up. Send me a message to see if it’s still available and we can start a personal order going forward! Otherwise, it could also be out of stock.
How can I be notified of new product drops?
Follow My Swift Obsession on Instagram @my.swift.obsession and turn on our notifications! I post as soon as they are posted here online.
Do you make the products yourself?
No, I partner with manufactories and they help make the finishing product. I do everything else from the base design, bulk ordering, sorting, packaging and mailing out every single order. Each product though, are designed with so much thoughts and manufactories are well researched in advance in order to meet the best quality possible.
Do you accept custom orders for personal interest?
Sorry, I don’t. Any ideas requested requires bulk ordering. But feel free to send me your idea and maybe I’ll love it enough to bring it to life!
Do you accept custom orders for parties/big events?
If your final count requires a minimum of 25-50 pieces of your dream product, then yes, I’d be happy to work with you! Please allow 30-60 days to fully accomplish this customized project. To start, contact me!
Do you offer free shipping?
Domestic Orders over $50 and International Orders over $100 will unlock free shipping at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! I sell any products of mine in a bulk if their current inventory quantity is appropriate. Wholesale price varies but in most cases, it’s their unit price x2 (which is still cheaper than storefront sale!) - just also keep in mind each product have a minimum purchase requirement to get the wholesale price.
